I am obsessed. I have these thoughts -- very negative, and very bitter -- going through my head pretty much all day. Its so annoying! Actually, its more than annoying -- its disturbing. I cannot stop these thoughts, and theyre making me so frustrated that I'm afraid I might hurt myself again. It's happened before. I was free of it for a while, but now its coming back. I think im relapsing...

Do you have a T you can call or email?

I have tried to write the thoughts down before, although sometimes they are much too quick and I can't keep up.

Sometimes telling someone will turn the volume down for awhile. We're here to listen to anything you want or need to say. It's happened before...Anyone else have this issue?

I have that problem too. Out of the blue I will just have these awful thoughts about everything around me, and I'll try to think to myself "why, theres nothing wrong with anything but me." But that just makes it even worse, because then not only do I obsess over how negative everything is, but I obsess over how much worse I make everything.
I hope seeing your therapist helped a lot, and if you ever want to vent, feel free, we're all ears.
