My anxiety has become out of control. I was so anxious today, I actually vomited.
I can't keep going on like this, something has to change.
I'm currently on
Paxil 40mgs
Klonopin 1mg prn
Risperdal 0.5 mgs prn
I can take all of these and still have anxiety.panic attacks.
I see a Pdoc and a Therapist and try all the conventional methods of relaxation, but nothing works.
My meds are barely putting dent in my anxiety/panic.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hi Jolisse,
Not sure if this is helpful but I didn't find Paxil helped for anxiety. And klonopin is suppose to be sedating but can have the opposite effect for some people. Antianxiety meds might be helpful but only as a temporary solution because they are so addictive and lose their effectiveness after one or two weeks. Hope you discuss this problem with your doctor. Only he knows what's best for you!
