so I have had issues in the last week of many various degrees that I have had more frequent and worse panic attacks then usual and I really need to nip this in the bud. I hate dealing with this and its just not fun to deal with, espically when it creates physical pain.

but I am suppoused to be meeting with my phytraist this coming week i think so hopefully I can ask about being put on new additonal anxiety pills to help things out.

some how to my social anxiety has gotten far worse as well.

there is a particular area of downtown that I dislike going anywhere near. and avidly avoid terribly so....its the area that a guy I was dating lives and he owns a bar in town.We remain good friends and he seems to care about me quite a bit....but I have so many emotions still tied up in when we were together I can't bring myself to be around where he is even if its only the side walk up the street that connects to his place.

it makes some sense...but to a degree its also odd to...cause now I just don't go down town hardly at all any more what so ever. Where as before I went out all the time... but if I was to see him and I he would attempt to talk to me which yes he would...and there is just soo much confusion going on I just can't cope with it.

Would you say that what you have been experiencing-more anxiety resulted from things during the week more than the subconscious effects from the past? It seems you have some level of awareness where anxiety spike started e.g. From your subconscious?
