I have a feeling that when I sometimes, even after enough sleep, awake and feel my eyes burning and head (forehead region) ache, this is anxiety related. Sometimes I´ve had stressfull dreams or nightmares.

When I had good or no dreams I sometimes awake with a warm body/face and feel very well.

Funnily, the dreaming a lot of stuff and awakening not so rested, appeared more frequently for me when I QUIT drinking coffein ( drank quite a lot before). Still, I can fall asleep much quicker now....

Does anyone have an explanation?

I would say it was the caffiene, even though i drink mine all day, as my night time meds knock me out around 8 anyway and i get a full nights sleep. I know caffienne is bad for me but it is the only thing that keeps me awake to get what I have to get done.

I don't know if this is it, but I always have all those symptoms if I sleep somewhere with really low humidity, which means I get them all the time in the winter. I jacked up the humidifier on my furnace and I sleep like a baby at home now.
