hi.

so right now i have extreme paranoya for some reason.

well... actually, it was a few weeks ago- 2 people, 1 from the USA, 1 from the UK, they really badly miss judged me on a website- to the point where they forced me to leave.

now, sometimes, i keep thinking what ever forum i go on, those people will be their.

i even sometimes think they are standing outside my door waiting to get me if my brother or someone walks out

horrible horrible feeling!

Ok first of all. These are mountains made from mole hills. When anxiety is high it appears bigger then it really is. Doesn't matter what happens on forums or if people take it the wrong way. Its already forgotten. If you are relaxed, these tiny things wouldnt bother you. What are the real mountains in life? Eatthquakes tsunamis etc.
Check your meds with the doc. Is it raising your anxiety.
Meds like cymBalta, pristiq, wellbutrin. get them lowered before moving on to tranquilizers and anti-psychotics.

Make sure to do guided relaxation asap. Google guided relaxation mp3
