Im so anxious & panicky this pas couple of weeks. My face is btoke out in hives and red bumps. I can hardley function. I cant eat or sleep. Im having severe panic attacks with depersonalization. I cant take this anymore. No one understands, they never have. I haye this. Ive tried mindfullness & meditation but I cant even focus enough to do that. These red bumps &"hives are causing severe health anxiety even though I know what they are & whats causing them. Its just horrible right now. I have no medication for the anxiety or attacks. Even when Im not having panic attacks, the anxiety is constant. Im so miserable :'(

So sorry you're feeling rough.
Do you have a pdoc or T ?
Sounds like something for anxiety would help.
Hope you get some relief very soon.

Hi Thunderbear,

I really wish I could be taking the pain away for you right now. I don't know how, but I'm here to listen. Can you say the reason why you don't have medication? Do you feel it would be helpful? Do you have a therapist or psychiatrist, now, or from the past who could help you?

xxx Grace

Thanks yall. Im not on any anxiety meds cause my pdoc is 20 miles away & the new state laws mandate 3 pill counts a month and 2 drug tests & I dont have a car. Its hard enough keeping my monthly appointment. The anxiety is still really hi right now. My leg is hurting along with my fibro flaring up. I feel like Im losing my mind

Most of us have been there. Anxiety can be physically painful. So sorry you are there today. Lots of good suggestions on this thread and lots of love, too.

It helps me if I can remember that this, too, shallpass.
