The two week period is approximate-give it a little more time. But you're right, peolpe who aren't going through all this don't understand.

It might take longer than that, I think it was about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks before I noticed anything, and then it was not a slap you in the face type thing, more of a you know come to think of it type thing.
It's also possible it's not a high enough dose - I know I started with 15mg 2 a day, now I am up to 30mg 3 times a day. |

good question! I started on march 8 with 10 mg daily of buspar daily and I'm still holding out for some relief. Tomorrow I start CBT, so hopefully something gives soon. Anyways, keep me in touch with how it works for you. This drug is new to me and I only take it at night, so I'm totally up for suggestions.

Buspar took about a month to kick in for me. And when it did, it was subtle. But it worked.

I hate this happened to you and hope you
can get to the root cause.
