For some reason, I'm having a mild anxiety attack. I just suddenly got real shaky and nervous and it's making my back and bones hurt more.

hang in there... it will pass....
the best way to distract is to appeal to your five senses... wrap up in a blanket, light a candle, take a hot shower, listen to calming music, etc.

I hope that you are feeling better today. I am currently having some anxiety issues. Mine at the moment have to do with health. I have a family history of breast cancer and at the moment our current insurance company wont cover imaging because i am under 40. there are other issues as well but this particular issue consumes me as well as some pain i am having. I catastrophize everything.

hoping you are feeling better as well... curious how you got yourself to come out of that spin of anxiety... maybe that will help you in the future.
