Was wondering if this is where I would come to talk about anxiety\panic attack and depression for me. Husband recently left and he was my only support/friend. When got sick I changed so much from who I had been I let all friends slowly fad. Very Upsetting so am now alone and am looking to see if anyone needs a support friend as bad as I do. I would love to talk with all. A person shouldn't be so alone that their left to think about how bad things are 24 hrs a day. No break from friend/family member/anyone to call and get mind off ME ME ME its absolutely horrible. Have plenty to say about the illness itself and a lot more to say about the psychiatrists out there. Its getting bad I need a (prop) doctor that cares instead of psychiatrists that so called don't want to get there names in the paper. Another word for saying your not getting the proper medication you need to stop the panic attacks or anxiety completely. Its just horrible out in the psychiatric community. My Name is Julie

Hi, Julie. My name is Tamara & I am suffering from panic disorder with agoraphobia & severe panic stacks. We all need a support group and pc has been a lifesaver for me. I hope we can do the same for you. You're welcomed to pm me any time you need an ear. Welcome and look forward to knowing you.

Julie, I came here looking to offer a shoulder and lend an ear. Would be happy to hear about what your going through and listen. Maybe it can help take some stress away?
