is it possible to have panic attacks from eye contact. today in t she was trying to get me to look at her. i did finally real quick. but it caused me to jump and fling back on the coach. she said it was only for a 1/4 second. but still contact. at the end of the session she gave me homework on panic attacks.

Yes, if eye contact is a phobia.

its a severe phobia i have. nearly everything social is.
