I just finished my last test for my class and started shaking uncontrollably. Mostly my hands, the rest of me feels just weak. Is this just post test anxiety?

Hi Verdana

im not a professional however ive had severe anxiety for years .

it may be post test anxiety, and you have identified the problem straight away , if it continues where situations create severe anxiety I would go straight to my gp .there are great self help books which contain "cognitive behaviour therapy " and mindfulness

ps I hope you get the best results possible

Thanks for the replies, I think I was really worried about the test, and even though I think I got a 100, I still got nervous. It's just weird I didn't feel nervous before or during it, though once I didn't have the problems to think about I just started shaking.
