We went to the video store just a bit ago and I had the worst panic attack Ive had in a long time. I have little ones everyday, but this one was so bad, I almost passed out. I recognoze it for what it is, I no longer believe it is going to kill me like I used to, but still I get so scared. No one IRL at least that I know, understands. I feel so lonley and isolated because of my panic disorder.
