I think it's important to recognize even the "smallest" of victories........they are only small to people who don't struggle with anxiety.......

Anyway, following a trauma, I had been sleeping on the couch for 5 years.....

Thursday, I bought a bed, and SLEPT in it in my BEDROOM....3 nights in a row Little Victories

I am so excited.....as I'm sure my therapist will be......

Anybody else want to come forward and acknowledge some poitive thing you've accomplished?

We take any & ALL victories!

do share.....you might help somebody else with a struggle they are having......
