I've been talking to a good friend on here for a few hours, she's really nice and helps my mood a lot, but I went offline about three quarters of an hour ago and then ten minutes later I literally had the biggest panic attack! I almost puked! I don't know why

And now I'm all dizzy, and I can see like the curtains moving when I'm looking at them and I'm unsure if it's my imagination or not... And I'm also getting Palinopsia which is sort of like trailing vision. Oh and it's 4:40 AM here and I'm scared to go to sleep in case I don't wake up

Is this all just anxiety or do you think smething might be wrong?

I get like that too during bad panic attacks. If that's not normal for you, talk to your pdoc about it. Is there anything that could be causing you a lot of anxiety such as school or work?

Thank you. I'm feeling a lot better now after taking the diazepam. I don't even know what caused it! I just hope it doesn't happen again. Only thing is I can't sleep now and it's 7 30 AM
