I have woke up the last 2 days SO very anxious and I am not sure why exactly. I mean I do have a lot to be worried about but I cannot pinpoint what is causing this. I fight it all day off and on. Even right now. I haven't had a full panic attack yet but have the sick anxious feeling and heart pounding and shortness of breath!

Now I have a cold sore forming. I cant chill!!

Sometimes for some of us...we're just anxious.. no real cause. I feel the same way often so you are not alone! I hope you can find some way to relax :]
