When we visit my kids we always get a hotel room so it takes the pressure off. His brother will be insulted if we get a room. I know I am panic offer this and olan to work on it with my T tommorow.

I completely understand, shery53. I have anxiety and bipolar too and have been in a bad depression since early August. We're leaving on a 3-day trip tomorrow and I'm wondering how I'm going to make it and function when I can hardly function at home. I can totally understand wanting to stay at a hotel. I would be overwhelmed if we had to stay with family or friends. Good luck!
