Lately I am really Claustrophobic, I didn't use to be. I try and visualize myself somewhere else but it doesn't really help. I feel like that especially at home. My place isn't that small, it's bigger than my last home. I get really nervous and feel like I can't move. I don't know what to do

No I haven't told her, I am or was trying to do without therapy because I always get more upset seeing my therapist. I don't like my therapist particularly, and I find it very hard to confide in strangers.
I feel better when I walk around outside but I can't live there lol
Thanks for commenting. I can't sleep too much anxiety
