I have no clue why I am so anxious. Maybe has to do with me not being at home. I am away for work. This is the first time I have been away from home since I had my first panic attack. Last night driving to the hotel I felt the anxiety rising. Today while at work I was fine of course since I had my mind occupied with the people and the work. I was fine until I went to walmart to get a couple of things I forgot and now I am back at the hotel waiting for my dinner and I am feeling anxious. My hand was tingling. I felt the weird feeling in my stomach and I am so tense. I am thinking of going to the hot tub they have in the hotel to try and relax. I have so much tension in my trap and neck and me pectoral. I have been clenching my jaw which makes things worse. Just need some encouragement to get throught these few days. I think being out of my comfort zone does not help feeling this way. Thanks for reading this. Needed to write something down and get it out.

Thank you supernova. I know I am my own worst enemy. I just got back up from the tub and it felt great. It helped release some tension.

I'm glad you're feeling better and less stressed. I have no advice but just want you to know I'm thinking of you and sending good vibes your way.
