I've been taking my meds. Paxil and xanex. But it's gotten very bad in the past week. Even right now as I type this I feel absolutely terrible. I'm out of ideas. I can't sleep. When I finally do fall asleep I can't get out of bed. I actually went to the emergency room yesterday just for comfort. I'm healthy as a horse. Going crazy please help.

I am so sorry that you are going through this. You feel alone and an hour can feel ilke a week. You say that you went to the E.R., If you feel you are going crazy then you're not healthy as a horse. Mental illness cannot be seen(as you know), so I was just wondering did you mention this when you were in the E.R. Please go and see your doctor. Perhaps your meds need to be looked at. Best wishes.
