For me, anxiety often makes the skin on my hands get tiny blisters that itch horribly, so I scratch until its a raw spot. My hands look like hell.

Pretty much what you have said. It has pretty much ruined my life, and I wonder if it is going to harm my health long-term.

I get dizzy, light-headed, scared. Sometimes I feel like I am dying. There have been times where I started to black out. I get shaky, sweaty, and my body feels hot and my head feels like it is going to explode. Also a tingling sensation. I have different forms of anxiety, but those are some of the most common symptoms I have experienced.
