Im crying, pacing, doing anything to feel better. Ive never felt this bad. This scared. I havent been sleeping well and feel like Im losing it. Is there hope?

Hang in there. It will pass again. It will get easier again in time. Focus on things that can help you calm and try to remember to breathe. It will pass.

Thinking of you. How are you doing?

Thank you! I tried to take a nap, which is tough with a 3 year old who no longer naps. I think that helped. My sleep has been crap. Panic attacks usually dont bother me. They are something I have a handle on. But yesterday they were severe and I was very on edge even between the multiple horrible panic attacks.

I definitely know that the anxiety and panic attacks can get worse when you don't sleep properly
