(Originally posted in 'Autism/Asperger forum')

I was cleaning up my PC when accidentally I erased too many files. I panicked a little but then I remembered that there is always 'system restore'. Only that mine isn't working, it gave me one of those annoying errors. After that I really panicked, thinking my 'work' won't be done well and that I'm not going to make it in time before the fastfood closes. I felt fear, my body was shaking, those "I thought I saw something" hallucinations ocurred, anger, worries, couldn't think clear anymore...I've had this before, it comes whenever a sudden and important change/error ocurrs.
Then, I had probably my fastest meal ever, got dressed and headed towards my father's office as usual after stopping for some food at the above mentioned fastfood.
Now I am very angry and my hands are still shaking, so I apologise if this text is hard to understand and/or full of mistakes.

I shake when angry. I have anxiety. I also have a neurological illness. It's psychosomatic.
Hope you can recover your files.

I don't have any neurological illnesses that I know of, I'm sorry to hear you have one.
Nah, they weren't that important after all. Thanks though
