So it's been about a month since ive been home all day everyday quit my job because my anxiety got really bad leaving my house is not an option if I step I
Outside i get bad anexity what my question is if I seek therapy do you think its possible over, the phone instead of leaving my house ? Nd if that's possible how do I find a therapist ??

It is possible to do it over the phone at first. My insurance company actually provides phone therapy free of charge. Check with yours.

How do I , do I call my insurance company and ask them ?

Yes, I found out because my insurance company called me about it. But call them and find out if they provide that service. Hope you find the help you need. I did CBT and it worked so well.
