Welcome - Kalms

Kalms are over-the-counter, herbal tablets, that aid in reducing anxiety, and can even help with your sleep. There's a few different types, depending on your need, but they all seem to help to "Kalm" you down. I've seen a number of posts, online, from people saying they've noticed a big difference in their life, some of those people also with problems a tad more than your every-day, bog-standard anxiety. Granted, it doesn't seem to work for everyone, but then, a lot of medication seems to work like that - SSRIs, for example, don't seem to affect everyone the same way, although, fair enough, these are different types of medication. Anywho, I asked my GP, over the phone, yesterday, and she said that a lot of people have seen an improvement with them, and some haven't, but it's worth a shot, basically.

I've just started Kalms, because my anxiety has gotten a LOT worse (really affecting me, physically) since I started therapy.

Worth a shot? I'd say so.

Don't expect a magical cure, but rather, think of it as a possible way to "take the edge off" your anxiety. Something is better than nothing, right?
