saw my regular doctor today. he is worried i am so anxious that i will stop coming to my appointments. so he said he is going to call me when its my next appointment. and do it over the phone. i dont know how many times he will do it this way. he said he doesnt usually do this. now im worried what he must think of me to do this. and hes doing it.
he also doubled my med dose today.

I know it's easy to say, but don't worry about the doctor. If he's a human being and doing his job, he just wants to make sure you get the hep you need however you need it to get to you. Just keep holding on. I am struggling to and I just keep trying to hold on.
