I need to get in touch with someone that knows something about Intermittent Explosive Disorder and anxiety/depression. Just someone whom knows a little more about this topics whom I can chat with at some point, and ask questions. Thank you.

I know a lot about anxiety/depression. If you'd like, you can PM me, and ask me anything you want.

I to have anxiety/depression and understand how you feel. I just started counseling again today and am working to get myself better. If you would like to send me a message to talk, that is fine with me. I check on a regular basis. Take care and know that you are not alone.
