I am back at work today. Since I started the combo of the meds I'm on right now I have been extremely tired and have been sleeping anywhere from 10 to 12 hours per night and am still tired during the day. Last night I barely got 5 hours. I was so restless. I have been at work for one hour and have not done one thing. I had my head down on the desk for awhile (I have my own office so I can close my door). I cannot focus and now I have a ton of anxiety and feel scared. I am so beyond tired I can barely pick my head up. I just want to go home.

Go home sick? Say you have a bug?

Can you go outside and walk around the building, maybe get some fresh air, talk to a coworker and get your head somewhere else?

Sounds like too high a dosage on the meds, making you feel so tired.

As for the anxiety, can you practice slowing your breathing down, cup your hands over your mouth and nose and breathe steadily for at least ten minutes. Or try some relaxation exercises to try to relieve the tension.

I hope you manage to gradually calm down.

Thinking of you. (((((((((( pinksoil )))))))))) So much anxiety, help.

Hello (((Pinksoil))). I am sorry you are suffering at this time. Cutting back on caffeine may help as well, or mixing your coffee with 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf coffee may help cut the edge off of the anxiety.
You probably need to go home and call the Dr to let the Dr know how you are feeling, and see if there are any food or drink restrictions for your medication, and let the Dr know how you are feeling, to see if it is normal how you are feeling, or are you taking too much medication. Having a physical may be in order as well to rule out any other possibilities that may causing you to feel this tired. Holidays are always stressful and tiresome and can lead to relapse as well. Take care. (((PINKSOIL))), I hope you feel better soon. Soidhonia

I have never been so tired in my life. I have had my head down almost since I got here. The only time I pick it up is if my phone rings or someone knocks on the door. I have virtually done almost no work. I am considering going home sick because I need so badly to sleep. However, I have had to take several days off due to my depression. Do I have "the talk" with my supervisor? She knows about a lot of the %#@&#! that I am going through. The anxiety is better because I have to take the Klonopin in the morning, but of course that only made me more tired. I called pdoc; he's out until the 2nd.

Thanks everyone. I made it through the day. Pathetically, if I may add. I mean, really.... I did like, one thing the entire day. Now I am home and can rest up.
