i pretty much eat what i want, but over the years my dau-in-law has become very selective about what she eats. from her new dietary habits i've learned a few things, & wondered if anyone else had considered or experienced any connection btwn anxiety symptoms & things such as aspartame, msg, high fructose corn syrup etc.
i kinda figure caffeine & sugar are the most obvious 'culprits', but am up for any feedback in this area.
thanx!

Just watch what you eat and how it makes you feel like. But yeah, "chemistry" in food can have bad effect on your moods.
