So I'm diagnosed w bipolar disorder and anxiety/panic disorder (it sucks). When I get really anxious in situations my body will shutter at tins like tremors and/or my eyes will do this flutter thing. I can control it but when it first starts it's hard. They're brief like a second or two. I wonder a lot if ppl at work notice, maybe they think I have turrets syndrome. It's embarrassing bc I work in the mental health field and I always feel like my coworkers can tell bc they're trained ( my illnesses are not disclosed). They're great and I l love my job but can't stand this symptom.

My hands shake more often than not. And it is not due to alcohol abuse ;-). It's the meds Effexor, Welbutrin, Lithobid. It's kind of embarrassing when I have to write cursive.

My hands shake, too, due to the meds.

My hands shake constantly. It's called familial tremors. It is embarrassing. I take meds to keep under control. But when anxiety kicks in it is all over. Many people have asked me about it concerned for my health. It's mostly just irritating.
