Alright, so I ended up breaking one of my teeth in first grade, and I'm not sure if that's where this comes from...
But I have an intense fear of breaking my teeth. To the point where it's kind of interfering with things that I do. It's winter here too, so with the ice everywhere, I just keep visualizing falling face first and breaking my teeth. It's frustrating because I know it's more of a phobia considering how irrational it is for me to think about this so much. But I don't know...I was just wondering if anyone else had the same phobia. |

I don't think it is too weird that you worry about breaking another tooth after breaking one already. I worry about it too, not to your extent at all but mine isn't a phobia. I have lots of other ones of those. lol. the fact that it interferes with your life means that something needs to be done to curb it. take care.

It doesn't interfere too much.
Just...with all the ice on outside I don't leave the house as much. Or really unless I absolutely have to. Partially because of some other things, partially because I don't want to risk busting a tooth. But it's a phobia I've had for a very long time. |

I was in a bicycling accident some years ago and broke my front tooth. I have a false front tooth. My fear of breaking my teeth is more than most people's, I believe. It's fairly traumatic to break a tooth, just as it is to break any part of your body.
