Well...it seems my panic attacks have went full circle. My first panic attack was a very severe one while I was driving. After that episode I did not drive for 3 months!! I finally got back into driving and then I started to have panic attacks when I was in a place were I thought I could not leave easily. Now I have a little bit of both! I thought I had the whole panic attack thing figured out but now it seems it worse! When I drive by myself it's a constant battle. When I go to church or school its a battle...does anyone have any advice how I can retake my life! Any good techniques for relaxation?? Thanks!!
