I've developed a sleeping disorder where I can't stay awake very well during the day and sleep 11-12 hours a night (very deeply). The doctor put me on Ritalin (I told him about my panic disorder).
ven though I haven't had a panic attack in two years (the fourth SSRI finally did the trick..) the Ritalin triggered a bad one last night. My main physical symptom is nausea so I threw up about five times before I remembered my coping mechanism of deep breathing.

I am the master of catastrophizing, I can go from well to "oh my god this is not going to stop and I am going to loose my job and become homeless". It's amazing how good I am at it. If only there was a job that you had to be good about that! LOL

Well, to my question, has anyone here been on Ritalin as an adult?

Thanks!
