Have any of yall dropped weight bc you stopped eating as much as ypu were like in my case i was eating out of boredom a lot n consuming sodas n sweet tea but since my problem rearose all i drink is water n only eat like a sandwich at lunch and a couple hours before bed...ive lost like 10lbs n i just figured i would ask...sometimes i have a hhard time with whether im hungry or not

I gain weight when things go downhill. I crave carbs and junk food.

When things were really really bad I was living with someone who would make me eat balanced meals. I never felt like making anything so I likely would have lost weight with out support
