Part of my DBT therapy is going to be setting aside worry time for 20 minutes a day. Firstly it's to allow me to save worries for a certain time but also it's to do with exposing myself to the feeling of anxiety and then practising a distress tolerance skill after such as distraction or relaxation etc. Has anyone got experience of 'worry time?' Would you believe I'm worried about it! Lol

Got 30 minutes of worry time later but also have to plan something soothing for afterwards.
