So I've been having anxiety for a couple of months now. I've been having this feeling of being watched by an outside force. I also feel like this force is controlling my thoughts & sending me special messages as well as special signs. I even feel like my dreams are being controlled. Could it all be anxiety related?

Could be but it's probably best to see a pdoc to get the right treatment.
