last 2 days i just feel so stressed out.. on edge... good thing i see my t today maybe if i talk to her ill feel better

Hope your appt. with your T helps. This time of year can be extra stressful. It can bring up painful memories if you came from a chaotic family. All the ads show these happy, loving families & it hurts some to know you will never have that (at least with your parents--in my case). I now have built a family of my own that I try to focus on instead of past hurts.

But I also take lots of meds for my bp! That helps!--Suzy
