Depression shows the low energy level in your body and worrying about something to much move you to the deep in depression.
Having a panic attack is also cause of depression, but what are the simple solution for this.. like any treatment, tips or any pain management program for this.

Any answer would be great.

the most valuable thing I was taught was to relax because it is physically impossible to panic and relax at the same time. so when a panic attack takes over I just imagine my body to be a wet noodle, over and over if necessary and it stops the panic attack in its tracks. good luck and take care.
