Just got the call and am currently freaking out big big time.

She's been sick before and in hospital but she's not been admitted since last year (April).

I'm getting more news hopefully soon but right now I can't pay attention or function. Brain's gone out the window and can't quit crying. I can't deal with any more stress right now. I just can't.

Shakey stressed and currently feeling really sick ...

((( Canders )))

1) can you please PM Simon and ask him to send you something soothing? He'll know what I'm talking about

2) for the next 2 minutes, can you please close your eyes and do nothing but focus on breathing

3) I'm sending you love and support - you'll get through this. Your roommate is somewhere where people will help her.

(((canders))) (((extra hugs!!)))

I'm sorry you are worried about your roomate! It sounds like it will be hard to be apart and that you'll feel better when you get more information. Until then, try to stay grounded and relaxed (might sound silly, but I wiggle my toes!). And it's okay to feel what you feel. This is hard.

Please let us know how you are doing and how your roomate is doing too. And remember, we'll keep you company through this! Roomate's in hospital

Not heard any other news. Is "no news good news" or am I just lying to myself? Roomate's in hospital

I was out for a while and now I'm back in residence and I can feel the knot in my stomach from anxiety building up again.

Life's not very fair. Roomate's in hospital

My anxiety's going through the roof again. Can't seem to relax to breathe, not really.

Feel really sick and stomach in knots and I can't put up with this right now ...

Roomate's in hospital sorry for complaining, I know it could be worse.

Nothing to talk about not really. I'm just being mildly avoidant at the moment. Really hurt and buried by all the things happening in my life and then this happens and KABOOM! Panic city. I'd love some emotional control right now. Roomate's in hospital

Thanks (((((((jlove)))))))))

thank you ((((((((((((silver_queen))))))))))))

They don't know when she'll be let out. She's still in emergency, waiting to get a room (admitted).

I hate being alone and this isn't making my life very happy at the moment, I guess I get highly anxious over too much stuff sometimes.

Oh Canders,
I am so sorry you have to go through this right now. Please just keep taking long slow deep breathes. You will end up making yourself sick and you'll be in the hospital right beside her if you aren't careful.
Sending you gently hugs and I hope things will turn out OK.

Thanks everyone. No news today. That actually makes me feel worse. I get physically ill feeling whenever I think about it but I can't control it. Anxiety controls me and manifests physically far too often.

Thanks for the good wishes and kind thoughts and support as always. (((((((((((((Everyone))))))))))))))) Roomate's in hospital

I talked to T today and I have an appointment next week instead of two weeks from now because of this happening. I can't deal. I really can't.
