My anxiety is so high right now because I'm doing something new (this). I can't stop moving so and shaking but I want to do this and possibly get support. Ugh I hate this. Whydid I have to want to do this?

Hi DIHTL, it sounds like it took a lot to put that out there. So really well done and thankyou for "letting us in" with what you're feeling.
And as for the support, well you're going to find some really caring, understanding and supportive people on here so just try to make yourself at home while you're here.
And if you're anxious about telling us about how things are for you anytime, that's alright you can just go at your own pace, we're here to listen and help you with that.
So whenever you're ready to talk more...........although you can just have a bit more of a look around here first as well if it will make you more comfortable.
So welcome to PC, hope we can help you with whatever you're feeling and that you stick with us while we try.

I can somewhat understand what you're feeling. I was terrified to actually join an online support group for mental health issues because I haven't fully admitted to myself that I have them. If it's any consolation whatsoever you're not the only one nervous about starting new things.
