Woke up feeling 'numb' & confused, can't decided if im calm or angry, I duno nothing seems to make sense this morning

Sorry you are having trouble this morning. It's awful to wake up to those feelings. When it happens to me, I always hope it's a Saturday or Sunday so I can stay in bed. If I have to go to work I just hope it wears off during the day. You have my sympathies.

I can completely relate to waking up and not really knowing what I am feeling. I think it is just part of the depression cycle. Being numb to everything. More dead than alive.

thank you both, its hard to explain to someone that hasnt been through it, even if there trying to understand. Its nice to finally have people to talk to.
