So something happened earlier today. I started shaking & couldn't stop. I was really anxious too.

Probably your body's reaction to adrenaline released from the stress. Happens to me all the time when I'm super anxious or panicky. My hands and sometimes whole body shake in the early stages of a panic attack or sometimes even just if I'm super anxious. For me, noticing the shaking and allowing it to happen and not trying to stop it usually works...when I notice it, I tend to relax in to it, and the shaking lessens.

Had you eaten anything before this occurred? Just curious if what you experienced was due to lack of food. If I don't eat for a few hours, I start to get light-headed, shaky, and my anxiety worsens. I'm already drowning in anxiety and lack of food makes it worse. I have a bad tendency to forget to eat. I literally have to remind myself to eat in a timely manner so as to avoid these hunger attacks.
Did something unusual happen earlier that might have brought on these feelings? Is it the first time this has happened to you? Let's hope it doesn't happen again. |
