Does anyone else get really bad trembling when they're anxious?

I was at my friends house yesterday, it was the first time I'd been out in a while, due to social anxiety, and man, was I anxious, I was completely out of my comfort zone and I was jumpy as hell, and I was shaking so bad I could hardly pour a drink, which embarrassed me, I felt pathetic. I don't know what my friends thought, I think they were too kind comment. But almost the whole night, until I had enough drinks down me, I was shaking uncontrollably. Anyone else get this? Is it normal in anxiety/social anxiety?

I tremble when anxious, too. I think it's probably normal. I'm trembling in bed before I even get out of bed. I have bad morning anxiety. Or whenever I'm anxious any other time, I tremble, too.
Thanks for this!

Half of my DBT group is constantly shaking / trembling (myself included).

(IMO) - it is anxiety.
Thanks for this!

Yes when my anxiety levels increase I notice my hands are trembling really bad. I was doing glucose level checks the other day at my work, and as I was trying do them my hands were shaking so bad that I used about 5 strips on one patient because I couldn't hold still long enough to get a sample.
