Hello,

I feel more anxious tonight because of some events that happened before during the day and I have difficulty to manage this anxiety. I am in a certain kind of anxiety crisis.

Recently, it moves a lot in my life.

I don't really feel well tonight.

Would you consider calling a listening line, such as 1-800-273-8255?
Thanks for this!

I am more fragile to be in panic because of that.

Do you think I should go to the hospital?

If you have any questions on my situation, feel free to ask me.
