I did at one time. I took Fluvox and Effexor at the same time. I believe it's OK under close pdoc supervision.

Venlafaxine (Effexor) 75mg daily
Divalproex (Valproic Acid) 600mg daily
Seroquel (Quetiapine) 100mg daily

I am currently on an SSRI, SNRI and a tetracyclic antidepressant without any problems.
