I'm 15 I'm going to camp for the first time ever. I'm terrified. Where I feel my best is just sitting in my bed away from everybody. I hardly leave the house.. now I'm going to a bible camp 2 hours a way and I am not even religious. I HAVE to go. I'm just so scared. I'm not good at talking to new people.

I have really bad anxiety and I'm very depressed. My parents say camp is going to help me and make me feel better but it's just making me terrified.

I'm leaving on Sunday.. two more days.. :'(

I am just about underweight but I have plantar fasciitis so I don't do that much physical work in fear of hurting my feet. I'm scared I'll hurt myself there.

I just feel so uncomfortable going to new places with new people... I'm just so scared.

Hi Emma8432.First thing you are going to be fine.Tell the camp directors about your feet problems and that way you can do something else. You say you stay in your room, what do you like to to such as reading?I'm sure there will be others your age that feel the way you do.Don't let anxiety take you away from having a good time.Take care.Have fun
