has too many symptoms,
light-headed
chest pain
tightness of chest
shortness of breathe
fast breathing
pins and needles mostly in feet and hands
paleness that comes and goes(seems to come more than go)
worrying
fear of dying
fear of going crazy
pains all over the body
problems with eyes when the heart's beating fast or even when it isn't(e.g. like someone is rapidly dimming lights darker and then bright and so on)
all above symptoms happen alot even without shallow breathing
the slightest thing like a spelling mistake can make you stressed out even to the point of thinking about suicide.
waking up too early, too late
tired even to the point where it can knock you out(sleep) for minutes or even hours
everything you do seems different and makes you feel like you did when you did the same thing before you had anxiety(i.e a song makes you feel normal then when its over straight back into the pain)
psychological symptoms are worse when your finally not aware of your breathing.
i could go on but i thinks it's enough.
i suffer from alot of problems but this is the anxiety forum so thats all im posting.
so am I alone or is there anybody else with quite a lot of symptoms.(although even just one anxiety symptom is too much)

At one point in my life I felt all those symptoms, some of those symptoms describe depression as well, which I also have.

I think it's common to feel those, everyone whose had anxiety has at least felt 5 of those symptoms that I can pretty much gaurantee

Yup, most of them sound familiar to me and I have anxiety/depression. What I've done is see my GP just to make sure there is nothing physically wrong with me. Gotta rule that out first because I've felt like I was dying and I don't want to! I know its anxiety/panic but who else...... hehehe I strongly recommend that you see your doctor to get a proper diagnosis. I know its anxiety/panic but who else......

Yeah I can relate to almost of the symptoms listed. When I was at my most severe anxiety wise, pre-medication days, I sometimes woke up with pins and needles in my hands and feet. I went to every physician and specialist known to man because I was convinced it was medical but it was not just psychological. Then when I started medication most of these symptoms disappeared although they do peak their head around the corner sometimes but now it is only sometimes.

I too have had a number of these symptoms and I went to my doctor for advice. It was a struggle since I was a teenager and finally got it under control. I was given a medication that helped me overcome the daily issues. Maybe that might help you too.

Hi,
I've been suffering from panic disorder since age 4, now 18-its part of every waking hour of my life. It is a horrible thing to deal with, you think everything is wrong with you and that no one understands. On a daily basis I usually feel the following symptoms, dizziness,shakiness,nausea/upset stomach, feeling out of it, tightness in throat(a choking like feeling or gagging feeling),numbness, racing heart, etc. But sometimes it only happens at a certain time of the day-does that happen to anyone else?? Cuz its scaring me!!! and also I have been on several medications and still currently am. I am on xanax(2 different kinds), neurotin, and risperdal for sleep. Has anyone else been medicated and found anything helpful??? Also has anyone gone through a period where they will be panic-attack free and then for like a couple days or a week or more have their anxiety peak up? Let me know...I'm very scared!! this is keeping me from doing everyday activities so much so i've missed 23 days of school just this semester....HELP
