This is a serious question. Has anyone ever heard that watching porn can cause social anxiety and depression.
There's a bunch of forums on reddit talking about it. |

Well, for me, yes, porn messes me up because I can't stop thinking about how all the people are perfect/beautiful and then it makes me feel bad about myself; rather than get turned on by what's going on, I feel judgmental and annoyed, and then down on myself.
