Hello! I'm glad you've found the anxiety forum. What kind of anxiety do you have? I hope that by coming here you will be able to find some insight on to how to deal with your anxieties.

I no longer qualify for a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, but there will always be my borderline traits that I struggle with especially during times of great stress.

Thanks im a mixed bag all inter related but anxiety aspect mixes with my ptsd
