My psychiatrist upped my dosage of Zoloft to 200 mg today. She also increased the amount of lorazepam I can take in one day to 2mg. She also added a new medication called buspar, which is supposed to help myZoloft work more effectively. I checked the drug interactions online and became nervous to see that with all three medications combined, I am at a higher risk for seratonin syndrome. Any advice?

Hey ktsilver--

I would obviously talk to your pdoc about this, but I don't think you need to worry too much. I've been on more SSRIs than that at the same time and never had any problems.
