thursday is coming, that is the day when my cpn is coming to our rented flat. this is a good thing, as im in need of some help right now.
but...
my cpn is coming with a couple of people who are trying to sort out our rent on this flat, how do i tell my cpn that i need to talk , that i need help.
im worried and scared at the same time,.

Just remember that the cpn is there to help you and talk with you about what ever you need. Just ask her/him if you can have a word with her/him on your own.

If that isn't possible your cpn will make another time to see you fairly soon after, or you could ring the cpn.

my cpn isnt here to help me, she came today and told me im not depressed , she said i was just upset,!!! UPSET, i am now im very upset, upset that a woman that has only seen me about 7 times this year, has the right to come into my home and tell me im a faker, and that i have been lieing to all my friends here .
and then when she left she had the nerve to say " if there is anything else i can help you with just ring " what the hell am i going to ring this stupid evil woman for.
so now i feel i dont belong here (or anywhere)

I'm sorry your cpn did not realise how bad you feel at the moment. Did she really call you a 'faker'?

Is it possible to find out if you could have another community psychiatric nurse? It is important to have someone to talk to and have someone who will listen.

I hope you can find the strength to either find out what your cpn meant, or find a new cpn.

Please see a doctor for another opinion and if necessary write down how depressed you feel and how this woman made you even more distressed by her incompetence and ignorant bullying stance!!

It's ok I dont blame you for venting about this at all...... also it might help others who have been through similar situations with less than helpful doctors or CPN's..... no one has said that to me but they've said things like "we all have anxiety"........(then I read in the notes "extremely anxious" or something..... hmmm..... ggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I really am appalled by how that CPN treated you!
